Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChromeDeal ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ChromeDeal, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ChromeDeal. Registration is currently available to residents of Canada only — we verify this using the postal code you provide at signup.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The Marketplace

ChromeDeal is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of used tires — we are not a party to any transaction between users, we don't take ownership of any tire listed, and we don't inspect, verify, or guarantee the condition, safety, quality, or legality of any listing. Buyers are responsible for inspecting tires before completing a purchase. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

4. Listings

When you create a listing, you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to sell the tires listed. This includes any photos you upload — you confirm you own the copyright to them or otherwise have the right to use and display them, and you grant ChromeDeal a license to host and display them as part of your listing. ChromeDeal is not responsible for content uploaded by users that infringes another party's copyright or other rights. We may remove any listing or photo, or suspend the account behind it, that we believe is inaccurate, fraudulent, infringing, prohibited, or otherwise violates these Terms.

5. Payments

ChromeDeal does not process payments. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and pickup/delivery directly with each other. We are not responsible for, and are not a party to, any payment dispute between users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• List anything other than tires, wheels, or tire/wheel packages you have the right to sell
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or messages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another user
• Use ChromeDeal for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can stop using ChromeDeal at any time; contact us at [email protected] if you'd like your account closed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChromeDeal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate or that any transaction will be successful.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChromeDeal is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction between users, the condition of any tire purchased through the platform, or your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use ChromeDeal after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
